Where is the diagnostic log file and how do I email it?

The diagnostic log file can be found here:

  • On Windows, the file is in: C:\Program Files(x86)\GenArts\SapphireOFX\s_log.text
  • On Mac, the file is in: /Applications/GenArtsSapphireOFX/config/s_log.text
  • On Linux, the file is in: /usr/genarts/SapphireOFX/s_log.text
  • On Baselight, the file is in: /tmp/s_log.text

Please email the file (s_log.text) as an attachment.
