How do I uninstall Sapphire from my current machine?

To uninstall:

On Windows 7, go to: Start -> All Programs -> GenArtsSapphire AE.  Select "Uninstall Sapphire AE".
On Windows 8, search for GenArtsSapphire AE.  Select "Uninstall Sapphire AE".
On Mac, go to: /Applications/GenArtsSapphireAE folder and double click on "Uninstall Sapphire".

  • A deactivation dialog box will pop up.
  • Choose to "Deactivate"

Internet connection is required in order to successfully deactivate your license.
