How do I uninstall Monsters GT from my current machine?

To uninstall:
- On Mac: Go to the /Applications/GenArtsMonstersGT folder and double click on "Uninstall".
- Follow the instructions and select to register your uninstall over the web.
- On Linux: Become root, and type the shell command: rpm -e monsters-gt-spark-linux--64
- If your machine is not connected to the web, then type rpm -e monsters-gt-spark-linux--64 and follow the prompt the register the uninstall via another machine with internet access
- Select "Display an uninstall code to register on another computer's web browser."
- Follow the instructions to register the uninstall via another machine.
