How do I e-mail my diagnostic log file?

The diagnostics log file can be found here:

On Windows, the file is in: C:\Program Files(x86)\GenArts\particleIllusion\particleIllusion_log.text
On Mac, the file is in: /Library/Application Support/GenArts/particleIllusion/particleIllusion_log.text

Please email the file (particleIllusion_log.text) as an attachment.
