You can add a “time out” so that the licenses are returned to the license pool more quickly after a period of inactivity. To so so, please do the following:  

1. On the server machine open up a web browser and go to: http://localhost:5054/home.asp
2. Click on “Status”
3. Under “OPTIONS”, click on “genarts”
4. At the bottom of the text box, type “TIMEOUT 3600” (without the quotation marks) and click on “Update Options”
