To uninstall:

On Windows 7, go to: Start > All Programs > GenArts SapphireAVX.  Select "Uninstall SapphireAVX".
On Windows 8 & 10, search for GenArts Sapphire AVX.  Select "Uninstall SapphireAVX".
On Mac, go to: /Applications/GenArtsSapphireAVX folder and double click on "Uninstall Sapphire".

A deactivation dialog box will pop up.

• Choose to "Deactivate your license now (requires internet connection)".

If your machine does not have Internet connection:

• Choose to "Deactivate your license manually using another computer's web browser".
