To uninstall:

On Windows 7, go to: Start > All Programs > GenArts Sapphire OFX.  Select "Uninstall Sapphire OFX".
On Windows 8, search GenArts Sapphire OFX.  Select "Uninstall Sapphire OFX".
On Windows 10, go to: Start > Settings > System > Apps & Features. Select "GenArtsSapphire OFX" and click on "Uninstall" button.
On Mac, go to: /Applications/GenArtsSapphireOFX folder and double click on "Uninstall Sapphire".
On Red Hat or similar Linux, open a shell window, type su to become root and run the following command: rpm -e "SapphireOFX package" (e.g., rpm -e SapphireOFX-9.000-1.x86_64)
On Ubuntu Linux, open a shell window, type su to become root and run the following command: dpkg --purge sapphireofx (e.g., dpkg --purge SapphireOFX-9.000-1.x86_64)
 - Note for Linux users: To figure out the exact Sapphire version you currently have installed on Linux, run this command: rpm -qa|grep -i sapphire

  • A deactivation dialog box will pop up.
  • Choose to "Deactivate".

Internet connection is required in order to successfully deactivate your license.

If your machine does not have Internet connection, you will need to choose to "deactivate your license manually using another computer's web browser" option.
