To uninstall:

On Smoke on Mac, go to: /Applications/GenArtsSapphireSparks9/ and double click on "Uninstall Sapphire"
On Linux, open a shell window, type su to become root and run the following command: rpm -e "Sapphire Sparks package" (e.g., rpm -e genarts-sapphire-sparks9-9.000-1.x86_64)
 - Note for Linux users: To figure out the exact Sapphire version you currently have installed on Linux, run this command: rpm -qa|grep -i sapphire

  • A deactivation dialog box will pop up.
  • Choose to "Deactivate".

Internet connection is required in order to successfully deactivate your license.

If your machine does not have Internet connection, you will need to choose to "deactivate your license manually using another computer's web browser" option.
