To uninstall:

On Windows 7, go to: Start > All Programs > GenArtsSapphire AE.  Select "Uninstall Sapphire AE".
On Windows 8, search for GenArtsSapphire AE.  Select "Uninstall Sapphire AE".
On Windows 10, go to: Start > Settings > System > Apps & Features. Select "GenArtsSapphire OFX" and click on "Uninstall" button.
On Mac, go to: /Applications/GenArtsSapphireAE folder and double click on "Uninstall Sapphire".

• A deactivation dialog box will pop up.
• Choose to "Deactivate".

Internet connection is required in order to successfully deactivate your license.

If your machine does not have Internet connection, you will need to choose to "deactivate your license manually using another computer's web browser" option.
