How do I activate my serial number?

If the software is already on your machine:

  • On Windows, go to: Start -> All Programs -> GenArts SapphireOFX -> Install Serial Number.
    • Follow the instructions and select “Authorize manually ...".
    • Then, follow the instructions to register the install via another machine.
  • On Mac, go to: /Applications/GenArtsSapphireOFX folder and double click on "Install Serial Number".
    • Follow the instructions and select “Authorize manually ...".
    • Then, follow the instructions to register the install via another machine.
  • On Linux, open a terminal as root or sudoer and run the following command: : ./license-install -requestcode <name> <email> <company> <primary host> <serial number>.
    • Then once you get the request code, run the following command: ./license-install -installcode <serial number> <install code>
